The time has come to find a host site for the 2017 District Leadership Conference. If your chapter has any desire to host DLC, please fill out the application and submit all required materials to your SED TBS VPM, and KKY VPM by no later than October 30th, 2016. Applications sent after this deadline will not be accepted or reviewed as a potential host site.

We are one day away from the liasion deadline for the Focus on Five Campaign. Again, if you do not have a liasion in place by October 30, you WILL NOT be able to participate in the campaign for the 2016-2017 year. Liasions, you MUST introduce yourself in the group to receive credit. Right now we only have 24 of our chapters participating out of 41 (listed below). I would love to see more participate this year. The Southeast District of Tau Beta Sigma is proud to announce the 2015-16 Concerto Competition in order to honor outstanding musicians. Eligibility for the competition is as follows:
To enter, students must complete and send in an application as well as a video performance of an excerpt of their concerto (see rules for further details). The deadline for submissions is Friday March 18th, 2016.
Please share and advertise the attached Concerto Flyer to promote the competition at your school! Remember ALL undergraduate collegiate musicians are eligible to apply. The application and rules are also attached to give/send directly to anyone who is interested; this information will be available at the website printed on the flyer as well.

On behalf of both SED Councils and the host chapters, it is our pleasure to announce that registration for SEDC 2016 is officially OPEN! You can find the website at http://www.2016sed.com. On the site you’ll find information about registration for chapters and individuals, marketplace, and talent show. Convention registration costs $57.50 and includes a t-shirt, your banquet meal, a lanyard, and nametag. You’ll also find information about hotels, banquet, a tentative schedule, and other details about convention.
PLEASE NOTE: Everyone MUST submit the info form found on the registration page after paying their convention fee.
