Membership Education Retreat also known as MER is a annual event in the SED that focuses on the enhancement of Membership Education Processes. Chapters from the South East District come together for a series of workshops with topics centered around Recruitment, Continued Education, CMEP’s, and more! There are many resources and ideas shared amongst sisters during this retreat.

District Leadership Conference also known as DLC is a annual conference hosted in junction with KKPSI where a wide variety of workshops are presented that help sisters and brothers build and develop your leadership skills in and out of chapter operations. District Leadership Conference is a great opportunity to improve, learn, and share with others about leadership skills and development.
